Startrek.com brought our attention to this amazing piece of craftsmanship from Master Model Maker John Eblan who is also known for his work creating models for TV and Cinema. His team at QMx have unveiled an impressive replica model of the NCC-1701 (original and battle damaged from ST: II) as well as the Refit NCC-1701-A. The models feature excruciatingly painstaking detail including a total of 130 LEDs which make up their stunning lighting system.
The cost of this ‘very limited edition’ NCC-1701 and 1701-A refit is a modest $4995 with the ST:II battle damaged version coming in at $5245.
